1. Nature of Our Services

KriyaKarm provides private, fee-based Vedic priest services and funeral logistics coordination to assist families during bereavement. Our services include:

• Vedic priestly guidance for Hindu funeral rituals (Antyeshti, Antim Sanskar, Daha Sanskar, Asthi Visarjan, and the 13 days of Kriya Karm/Shradh) performed by qualified North Indian Hindi Pandits.
• Hire and doorstep delivery of privately owned mobile mortuary dead body freezer preservation boxes.
• Arrangement of private air-conditioned deceased transportation (hearse van / ambulance services).
• Preparation and doorstep delivery of authentic Vedic funeral samagri packages.
• Guidance and procedural support to families conducting last rites at public municipal crematoriums.

2. Public Municipal Crematorium Facilities

All electric and traditional crematorium grounds located in Bangalore (including Wilson Garden, Banashankari, Hebbal, Kalpalli, Kudlu, Panathur, Medi Agrahara, and others) are public facilities owned and governed directly by municipal authorities (such as BBMP). Any citizen can access these public facilities directly in accordance with standard municipal rules and guidelines.

Our role is solely as an independent private family facilitator. When engaged by a family, our team helps coordinate timing, arranges private transport to the facility, delivers the required Vedic samagri, and provides our North Indian Pandit to perform the sacred Vedic rites at the crematorium premises. Any official government fees or crematorium receipts are distinct and paid as per applicable municipal regulations.

3. Religious & Scriptural Context

All rituals and mantras are performed in faithful adherence to ancient Sanatana Dharma scriptures, including the Garuda Purana, Baudhayana Pitrumedha Sutras, and North Indian kul-parampara customs. While our Acharyas execute all rituals with scriptural precision and profound reverence, spiritual and religious outcomes represent matters of individual religious faith. We make no supernatural, miraculous, or unrealistic claims.

4. Transparent Pricing & Dakshina Policy

We believe that families experiencing bereavement deserve complete transparency and honesty:

• Priestly Dakshina amounts are clearly communicated and agreed upon upfront with the family prior to commencement.
• Vehicle transport rates and freezer box rental charges are based on standard operational and distance metrics, communicated clearly before dispatch.
• We do not demand surprise surcharges, commission markups, or undisclosed fees.
